1. Global Shipping

We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery Time

2–10 business days on average (customs/remote areas may take longer).

3. Processing

Orders handled within 1–2 business days after payment.
No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking

Tracking number and carrier info sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties

Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries

Incorrect/incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

7. Delays

Corsini is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Corsini, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a faulty product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Intimate apparel

  • Items without original packaging

How to request a return or exchange Send an email to usecorsini@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if defective)

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Corsini complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
